How Does It Work?

​

Each Session guides you to a Christ-centered meditative space to receive frequency-level restoration and calibration. The meditation will always focus on what needs the attention the most individually and as a group. You may remain seated throughout the session or choose to lie down, move, or stand. Frequency level awareness opens the door to a deeper intimacy in God's presence supporting you to receive rejuvenation of body and soul, including mental and emotional layers of your being.
