This is an invitation for deeply needed pause for integration and rest, a bio-spiritual renewal, and a hydration of inner strength. It supports you to be available for the move of the Holy Spirit in and through you, to walk in greater coherence in incorruptible Eternal Truth and to be an inexhaustible blessing to those around you.

What to expect?

​

Each Session guides you to a Christ-centered meditative space to allow deep frequency-level restoration and calibration - to taste and see the Goodness of God. Please create a comfortable meditation space for the session. It is good to have a quiet space where you will not be interrupted. We will always focus on what the Holy Spirit highlights at the time of the session both individually and as a group. You may remain seated throughout the session or choose to lie down, move, or stand.
