CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

It is understandable that sometimes plans change or something unexpected happens inhibiting you from participating in the session. In transparency, almost every scheduled session has someone queuing for it, and to honor everyone's time, it is important to open the session for someone else if you cannot show up.

Cancellation for a Private Session received at least 48 hours before the appointment time: an option to either reschedule the session for another day as client credit or receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. If canceling the appointment yourself please email sanni@eternal-present.com for a refund as the online system does not carry this out automatically.

 

Cancellation for a Private Session made within 48 hours of the appointment time: no refund, no make-up session, and no client credit will be given.

 

No Show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your appointment: No refund, no client credit in full or partial, and no make-up session will be given.

All sales are final for ALL recorded and live Programs. No refunds will be issued.
